21. "I am so thankful to have parents who love me enough to send me here. As a result, I am growing to love myself. I am living proof that hard work and determination pay off."
22. "He is regaining his pride, has found his academic abilities again, and is learning to speak out about his feelings in an appropriate way. He looks happier every time I see him!"
23. "Our daughter completed one year at Academy at Ivy Ridge on January 23rd. Should we consider this a Happy Anniversary? While last year we cried tears of sorrow and despair, this year we cry tears of joy and reconciliation. Yes, this is a Happy Anniversary! We are so proud of Judith and we are proud of ourselves. We have come a long way and there is still much for us to accomplish. Our road to "greatness" continues. We thank World Wide. We thank the special people at Ivy Ridge. We thank God."
24. "I've learned that there's nothing life can throw at me that I can't find purpose in. I choose my attitude, and more importantly, my own destiny. I don't wait for other people to determine my life anymore, I create my own existence."
25. "I've also gained real friendships. Friends that will love me unconditionally. Not because of what I wear, my weight, or because I use drugs. Friends that tell me the truth, whether I am interested in hearing it or not. Friends that support me in being a better person. When times get hard, they are right by my side cheering me on. In return, I have learned how to be a real friend."
26. "I will never say that the Program has been an easy journey. In fact, it is the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. What I do know is that it has prepared me to be able to go out and face life's challenges. Do I have fears? Of course! However, I know that if I continue to work my life at home, as I have been doing here, things will turn out. And I have faith that God will be with me and that He has a plan for me and my life."
27. "Before I came here, I didn't really care what happened to me. Here I've really learned to have a direction in my life."
28. "Having recently returned from a three-day visit in Mexico, we are pleased to report that our son is making tremendous strides. He is working mightily and graduated high school, ahead of schedule, through the self-paced, academically-accredited program. He anticipates completing the personal growth component by October and plans to attend college. His self-esteem and self-respect have returned, and his personal values are back on track."
29. "I look at this place...as not a punishment, but a second chance. A time where I can find out where I went wrong, start over, and make some new choices in my life. To find out what things caused me to lead such a destructive lifestyle. To find out why I was throwing away my parents' love and leading myself to a slow and inevitable death."
30. "The 18 months I spent in the Program probably seems like a long time, but in actuality it is a short time for all of the knowledge and strength I acquired. I am thankful that my parents blessed me with this amazing second chance at life. A year and a half is nothing compared to the decades of happiness that I am now looking forward to."
31. "It sure is worth it. Our Program graduate is awesome! We have our son back."
32. "Lost, drugged out, hopeless, and scared was all I knew of myself. Somehow that happy, ball of energy I once knew in me had slowly drained away. I knew I needed help, though I was unwilling to admit it. When my parents brought me to Spring Creek...I learned right away how much I had taken everything for granted at home, possibly the most important thing teens today need to realize. My program had begun. What the Program has done is offered me a chance to save my own life. I seized that offer and completed something major, for the first time in my life. I can't wait to go home and lead that sober life and be that courageous, innocent, powerful, and happy young man I lost before I came here. I am ready."
33. "The parents' seminars gave us the tools to know how to deal with ourselves. I changed. Instead of adding to the problem now I diffuse it."
34. "I think of myself as a teenager now. But the difference is now I try to help other people more. I'm a lot more of a giver now."
35. "These people became angels to me. He was angry at me for the first six months. I was glad they didn't let him contact me until he had learned to deal with that. At the time he called me his worst enemy. Now he says I'm his best friend."
36. "I am very pleased with the school. I've started putting out brochures for referrals. I would recommend Casa to anyone."

38. "The WWASP program was unique. It not only works with children, but also with parents to create a different way of doing things when their child comes home. The child is in the program as long as it takes to complete a series of levels of self-growth, realization, and leadership. As our son worked through this, we attended a series of seminars that changed our lives, our perception, and how we functioned as a family. After 22 months in this program, he came home and we were well prepared. The changes in him were dramatic, far more than we had ever hoped. He smiles, and enjoys life. He has self-confidence and can talk with adults. When he struggles, he comes and talks to us. He treats us at all time with respect. He is honest and has integrity. He has resumed high school and is doing A level work. We know he will have more challenges as he continues to mature, but we are confident that he now has the tools to succeed"
39. "Before I got here I was miserable. I had an enormous amount of hatred and anger towards the world. I was deeply routed in pain. I was expelled from my school because of drugs, and had built up rage. I did about twenty credits here, and now I am graduated with high school at fifteen years old. I have reduced the rage that would have led me to lash out at the world with all of my ability. At home my personal ends, pain, and anger made me oblivious to everything around me; blind to whom I might hurt or break. Now my heart is at peace and I serve the world."
40. "Coming to the Program saved my life and uncovered my wings. It has been a long journey filled with tears and loneliness but also with honesty and joy and love. It is the journey that has gotten me to this point and made me who I am. It was the journey that gave me my best friend back...my mom. It was the journey that has helped me to be so grateful that I can stand here before you today and tell you where I have been. It was my journey that allows me to stand here before you and state, 'I will make it, I will fly.'"
